How does voice tracking work?+

SPL45H uses voice commands to log shot outcomes and live game tracking.

Do I need WiFi to use the app?+

No. Shot tracking works without WiFi. If you use cloud sync with an account, data syncs when you reconnect.

What's included in the free version?+

The free tier includes voice-activated shot tracking (100 shots per day), basic shot charts, your last 3 practice sessions and 3 game records visible, plus roster and live games with your program. All your data is saved on every plan. Parents or players can upgrade individually to Pro or Elite to unlock full history, analytics, and skills and drills video content without the club losing access to the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are billed in advance and non-refundable. Cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop the next renewal; your access stays active through the current paid period.

Is my data private?+

Yes. Voice audio is processed on-device and is not sent to our servers. Shot and game data is stored locally on your device and can sync to our servers when you use cloud sync. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can kids use the app?+

Yes. SPL45H is designed for basketball players of all ages. For users under 13, we require parental consent and apply additional privacy protections in compliance with COPPA. See our COPPA Compliance page for details.
