How does voice tracking work?+
SPL45H uses on-device AI to recognize voice commands in real-time. Just say "splash", "swish", or "cash" for makes, and "brick", "clank", or "airball" for misses. You can also name court locations like "left corner three" or "top of the key". All processing happens on your phone - no internet required.
Do I need WiFi to use the app?+
No. The voice recognition engine runs entirely on your device. You can track shots in any gym, outdoor court, or anywhere without an internet connection. Your data syncs to the cloud when you connect later.
What's included in the free version?+
The free tier includes voice-activated shot tracking (100 shots per day), basic shot charts, your last 3 practice sessions and 3 game records visible, and support for 1 team. All your data is saved even on the free plan - upgrade to Pro to unlock your full history.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Go to your device settings, find Subscriptions, and select SPL45H to manage or cancel. Your data will be preserved if you resubscribe later.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Voice audio is processed entirely on your device and never sent to our servers. Your shot tracking data is encrypted both on your device and in the cloud. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can kids use the app?+
Yes. SPL45H is designed for basketball players of all ages. For users under 13, we require parental consent and apply additional privacy protections in compliance with COPPA. See our COPPA Compliance page for details.
