By downloading, installing, or using the SPL45H application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is provided by 1228 Ventures LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
SPL45H is a voice-activated basketball shot tracking application that allows users to track practice sessions and game performance using voice commands and manual input. The App provides shot charts, analytics, and performance statistics.
You may use certain features of the App without creating an account. To access cloud sync, full history, and premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as needed.
The free tier includes voice-activated shot tracking (100 shots/day), basic shot charts, last 3 sessions and games visible, and program roster and live game access so teams and clubs can operate without paying. All shot data is saved regardless of tier.
The Pro tier is available as an individual subscription (for example a parent or player). It includes unlimited shots, full session and game history, advanced analytics, shot charts and heat maps, skills and drills video library, video snippets and clips by play type when those plays are tracked, challenges, and complete box scores for the subscribed account.
The Elite tier includes everything in Pro for the subscribed account, plus organization-wide features such as unlimited teams and rosters, full game history across squads, and complete box score statistics for programs that need deeper club operations.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle and you will retain access through the end of your current paid period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your device's account settings.

The App, including its design, features, code, content, logos, and trademarks (including SPL45H, 3D ELITE, and associated branding), are the property of 1228 Ventures LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the shot tracking data and statistics you generate through the App. By using our cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data back to you through the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Voice recognition accuracy may vary based on environmental conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1228 Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which 1228 Ventures LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
